Our policy on sourcing produce starts with looking for suppliers that are passionate about the things they sell, we believe that - If you start with something good it’s far easier to create something that is excellent!  We consider ourselves lucky that Lancashire provides such a diverse range of quality seasonal produce, most of which has been grown, picked, reared, farmed or made almost on our own doorstep! The quality of our ingredients and the combination of their flavours is central to our menu and that is why we are proud to serve Lancashire produce
